How do I get my hurricane bolts unstuck ? They need to be removed to put the track down . I have used wd40 and a white lithium spray from the Depot . About 9 are stuck in the holes . And yes , I have tried a powerful drill , and some muscular neighborhood men ! Any ideas ?

I live on the 2nd floor of my condo and am always told to stay downstairs in case of a hurricane. No one is around during hurricane and have to remain in my own apartment. Any suggestions?

During the approach of a hurricane, some people say to lower the water level in your pool, but I read "The Hurricane Almanac" by Bryan Norcross that says one shouldn't lower the water in your pool. What should I do and why is one option better than the other?
