Angie: That's the scary thing... once the info is out there, it's virtually imposible to remove it.
Thank You Mike! Great questions.
PCI stands for Payment Card Industry. Many companies are becoming PCI compliant, and most credit card companies are requiring PCI before they will allow you to collect money using their systems.
Hi Ed. Wow... there is a utility I haven't thought of in a while. Personally... it still makes me a bit nervous.
Love the quesiton Bill! Short answer. No. Browsing and online information is often gathered the same on PC vs Mac.
Bill, A MAC can be hacked just as easily as a PC. Windows tends to be attacked more often, due to the overwhelming number of PC's in the world compared to MAC's.
You are correct Renata. Very hard to track them down. The good news is that the credit card companies are very good at tracking down the bad guys and stopping fraud!
Keepass is one of the the programs that stores your passwords locally.
If we seem a little distracted, it's because there is a Pelican in the news room. Not something you normally see.
Eric: You hit on a hot topic. Not only that but many copiers have hard drives that record EVERY thing ever scanned. If you think about that it's pretty scary.
Paul, the companies the build your smartphone are staking their reputation. If they were not to do what you setup your smartphone to do, they would not survive too long in the market
Seeking: You made our day! Stay tuned for lots more fantastic information and tips on WPTV!
Ed: Glad it's not just me....
Seeking, that is one of the problems that has developed about having so much information available on the Internet. Hopefully you can develop a discussion with prospective employers to explain your side of the story.

Ed, RoboForm2Go is a portable version of their password management software. It actually stores all of your passwords on a USB stick that you can take with you. If you are somebody who uses several computers, this is a great ideas. If you only use 1 computer most of the time, however, it would be one more thing to get lost or stolen.
Be careful what you put on Social Media! Criminals LOOOOVE to use it to figure out passwords and learn all about you.
A hot one to watch for is Phishing or Social Engineering. That's when the bad guys pretend to be someone else to get you to give a password or information they can steal. Ever seen the fake UPS and FedEx emails?
